Land to lease in Buriram, Thailand — direct from the owning family

We are a family office in Buriram, Isan, leasing land our family has held for decades — registered long-term leases for businesses, and shop units for rent in town; a few selected plots are also for sale. Everything on this site is offered directly by the owner — no brokers, no commission, and every listing shows the plot's boundary drawn on a satellite map.

How buying or leasing land works here

Who can ownForeign nationals generally cannot hold freehold land in Thailand. The usual routes are a registered long-term lease (up to 30 years, recorded on the title deed at the Land Office) or a Thai-company structure. Most foreign buyers work with their own lawyer on the right structure; we are happy to accommodate viewings and provide documents for your counsel to verify.
Verifiable title deedsMost plots carry Chanote title (N.S.4), the strongest deed class in Thailand; a red-Garuda Chanote (N.S.4 Jor) is the fully surveyed form. Nor Sor 3 Gor (N.S.3 Kor) is a lesser certificate that can be upgraded. Verification and transfer happen only at the government Land Office — never through us.
The unitsThai land is measured in rai, ngan and square wah: 1 rai = 4 ngan = 400 sq wah = 1,600 m² = 0.16 ha (about 0.4 acres). Every listing on this site shows the area in rai, in m² and in hectares.
Boundaries you can checkEvery listing shows the plot outline on satellite imagery plus distances to named landmarks, and opens in Google Maps so you can drive there.
Free site visitsWe will walk the land with you any day. Prices are quoted in Thai baht and on request — enquiries in English are welcome, replies within 1 day.
